Rules

Format and scoring
Padel can be singles or doubles, but is usually doubles. Scoring is like tennis (15, 30, 40), often using golden point at Deuce.
Serving turns
Players take it in turns to serve for a whole game (you can decide who serves first by flipping a coin or playing a point for serve).
How to serve
Serve underarm, below waist height, after one bounce, with one foot on the ground, from behind the service line diagonally into the opponent’s box (start from the right).
Serve rules
You get two serves. Serve is good if it bounces then hits glass; fault if it hits fence. Net + bounce + glass = let (replay).
Return of serve
The return must be played after the bounce (no volley return). After that, volleys are allowed.
Points
You may play off your own glass (not your own fence). You lose the point if the ball bounces twice on your side, or hits the fence/net posts/lights before crossing the net.
